Gordon Castle Plums
Gordon Castle Plum Gin Liqueur is produced using the base product Gordon Castle Botanical Gin, which is then infused with Gordon Castle Plums grown in Gordon Castle’s very own Scottish Walled Garden. Small batch bottled between 26-28% ABV, the liqueur carries a delicate sweetness, crisp acidity and fresh mint from the natural fruit infusion.
The perfect serve
A wholesome flavour with a subtle kick, it is best enjoyed neat over ice (like a quality whisky) or on top of your favourite hot dessert. This is a voluptuous and herbaceous liqueur with a bittersweet finale.
