The Wiston wines, including award winning sparkling wine, are made from the three traditional grape varieties; Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, all are sourced from the Wiston home vineyard on the South Downs. The different years dictate the range of wine that will be made and therefore they are all unique and limited. The chalk minerality of the vineyard and low levels of dosage at disgorging give these wines fantastic aging potential and wonderful structure.
