Archerfield House in association with Edinburgh Gin are giving you the chance to join a select number of guests in the luxury of Archerfield House and enjoy the definitive Edinburgh Gin experience.!
As one of the most innovative Gin brands in Scotland, Edinburgh Gin has continued to push boundaries with their commitment to the art and science of gin distillation, creating a number of fantastic award winning gins.
Now you have the opportunity to craft your very own gin from nature to bottle with the expertise of Head Distiller David Wilkinson.
First you will explore the beautiful surroundings of the Archerfield Estate as you search for the perfect gin botanicals before enjoying a picnic and gin in the grounds.
Return to Archerfield House where you will distil your own limited edition gin from your hand foraged botanticals and learn how to create the perfect gin cocktails.
In to the evening we will serve pre-dinner canapés before being invited to enjoy a four course meal paired with Edinburgh Gin cocktails.
Complete the day by staying in one of the beautiful suites in Archerfield House.
